Westward Ho, The Wagons!

Fess Parker stars in Westward Ho, The Wagons! movie, an action drama that’s from the 1950s and takes place in 1846. Some of the first families are making their way to across the Great Plains in covered wagons to settle in Oregon. Amateur doctor Doc Grayson (Fess Parker) recounts the saga as he leads the families through extreme weather and living conditions, and hostile Pawnee Indian territory. Instead of using guns, Grayson tries to outsmart the Pawnee with clever diversions. Along the way, the children are befriended by Sioux children and form lifelong bonds. Former TV Superman George Reeves is also one of the caravan leaders. Westward Ho, The Wagons! DVD is a family friendly Western adventure that everyone will adore.
